Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel overall. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable space for my stay. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. However, the noise from a wedding party disrupted my evening, and there were some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom that need addressing.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found myself quite pleased overall. The spa experience was a highlight, particularly the fantastic massages I received; they left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. However, there were some downsides, such as the outdated room decor and issues with the pool area that could use attention. The location was convenient, allowing me to explore the Derbyshire Dales, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the staff made an effort to be friendly, it was clear that they were overstretched and lacked proper management support. The rooms were dated and in poor condition, which detracted from the overall experience. However, the grounds surrounding the hotel were lovely and provided a nice atmosphere. The dining experience left much to be desired, particularly with breakfast offerings. Overall, it felt like the hotel had potential but needed significant improvements.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was enjoyable with a lovely ambiance and spacious rooms. The pet-friendly policy was a definite plus, making it convenient for my dogs. However, I did notice several areas needing improvement like the upkeep of the spa facilities that were below par for a hotel boasting luxurious amenities.
I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Sheffield Kenwood Hall with its beautiful grounds, spacious suite, and excellent breakfast. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout. However, there was a hiccup with our initial room checks as we observed some cleanliness issues in another room during our stay.
